DIDITIX , Daniele Torresan (Italy)
Biography: Daniele Torresan (aka DIDITIX) In 1980 he completed Electronic Music at the Benedetto Marcello
Conservatory of Music in Venice. He has made computer/electronic music compositions in numerous musical
projects and participated in numerous international festivals of contemporary music (Venice Biennale
1979,1980,1981,1982). He collaborated for years with the Computer Sonology Center of the University of Padua
(1980-1988), where he was a professor of Psychoacoustics for Computer Music. The Italian RAI Radiotelevisione commissioned him to make Electronic Music.
He held seminars and conferences at the Conservatories of Music in Parma, Reggio Emilia, Florence and at the University of Ca' Foscari in Venice. From 2008 to
2018 he was a radio and television director at RAI Radiotelevisione Italiana Sede in Trento, where he dealt with music broadcasts and produced over 90 television programs and more than 700 radio episodes concerning theMusic of Trentino Alto Adige/SĂĽdtirol In 2016 he composed the music for the multimedia project "ELSOYAME", a musical/visual group of Live Electronics/Visual, which produced Lightronix,
