2010 - MART MODERN ART MUSEUM - "69 strings 12 guitars" Enrico Merlin - conductor/Composer

12 stringed instruments (3 bass and 9 guitars - in all 69 strings), for an unprecedented musical project led by the eclectic composer, guitarist and popularizer Enrico Merlin. Some of the most interesting designers of the instrument and young talents with a strong personality, active in Trentino, are part of it. The musicians are arranged in a circle, with the audience in the center. "69 Strings-12 Guitars" is a self-generating pulsating organism. Each musician contributes to its own peculiarities, adopting improvisation as the main vehicle of interconnection and communication. The ensemble performed in several festivals and regional events, in particular during the three-day Mart-Up 2010, at the MART in Rovereto, always obtaining great public and critical acclaim for the originality of the proposal.
